In a U-Turn, Mehdi Karroubi recognizes results of presidential elections in Iran
One of the Iranian opposition leaders Mehdi Karroubi has announced that he recognizes the results of the presidential elections, APA reports quoting Farsnews.
Karroubi said the people’s choice was right, but added that he did not backtrack from his position concerning the problems of the country. He said he recognized Mahmoud Ahmadinejad as president.
