World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC/DAK) was established on 1997 to represent World Azerbaijanis in international arena. However, from birth, it has been opposed and attacked by critics and also by “others” people working as insiders. At this very moment, WAC is working under 2 different leadership, Sabir Rustemxanli represents the official one, while the other one is calling to unity meeting which will be held soon in Stockholm.
