World Azerbaijanis Congress (WAC/DAK), Sabir Rustamkhanli’s branch, will hold its general assembly in Dontesk city of Ukraine on 21-23 April 2012. WAC was established on 1997, but faced difficulties resulting to division and inactivity. At the moment 2 different branch is claiming to be the true representative, also 3rd branch is being designed by gathering previous traitors and faired members of the congress.
