Today is “Student Day†in Southern Azerbaijan

. | 15 years ago Fars regime of Iran had attacked Turk students who were protesting against the countries broadcasting organization which was the source of discrimination and hatred against Turks and other non-Fars ethnics in region. BayBak reminds that on that days, many student were injured and been poisoned which resulted in being banned of continuing their study. Also some were killed in suspicious incidents. |

From since, Azerbaijani students celebrate the 9th of May as “The Day of Azerbaijani Studentsâ€.
