. | We, the students of universities of Tehran, by expressing our worry about current condition of Azerbaijan, have demand for urgent execution of no.15 and no.19 constitution principles, justice in cultural and civil rights, and obviating economic and political discrimination from Azerbaijan, as well. |

We, the signers of this scroll, hereby, while objecting to vast and unlawful apprehension of cultural and civil Azerbaijani activists, request urgent freedom of this activists.
We, the students of universities of Tehran, by expressing our worry about current condition of Azerbaijan, have demand for urgent execution of no.15 and no.19 constitution principles, justice in cultural and civil rights, and obviating economic and political discrimination from Azerbaijan, as well.
