He was arrested last year for being a US spy by attending a journalism course in North Azerbaijan (Republic) and gaining illegal wealth, and also for writing o a poem and posting it on his weblog which was a sign of “fight against the regime†of Iran! |

According to Yurd news agency, Mr. Mughanli was cleared of first two convictions for absence of proof, but was sentenced to 6 month which he now has to serve!
