Sakineh Ashtiani will not be stoned to death, she will be hanged!

He added that they have asked the central judicial office if is possible to hang Mrs Ashtiani instead of stunning her! However they have not received any reply due to some corresponding difficulties. |
Sakineh Mohammadi Ashtiani is serving prison term for her involvement in killing her husband. She is also sentenced to death by the way of stunning! According to BayBak, none of the charges been justified and there are no grounds for any of the offences available. However, Fars mollas are using the confusion to bully the world and human rights activists.

One of top officials of the occupier regime of Iran has already cleared their stand on capital punishment, Mr. Larijani said that they are not afraid of any body and thay will execute prisoners as they see OK!
BayBak adds that during closed trials, Mrs Ashtiani was not given a chance to have a lawyer, nor an interpreter as she is an Azerbaijani who does not speak Farsi. In Iran, all nationals are being tried in Farsi speaking courts which is an extra discrimination against Non-Fars people. Azerbaijani Turks are the majority in Iran with about 605 of the country’s population, but they are being denied their basic rights, the right for having own identity and using mother language.
