Acording to TRT, Prime Minister Recep Tayyip ErdoÄŸan gave an iftar (fast-breaking) dinner to executive editors of the Turkish press on Thursday.
At the iftar dinner, Prime Minister Erdoğan also drew attention to TRT’s openings saying that the TRT-ŞEŞ was founded in the context of democratic drive and the state television’s initiatives will continue accordingly.
Besides, Erdoğan talked on the amelioration of relations between Turkey and Armenia, underscoring that the border will not be opened before Azerbaijan’s drawbacks are meet. Prime Minister also heralded a lasting solution for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict.
On Turkey-IMF relations, Prime Minister said the International Monetary Fund has requested autonomy of revenue administration; but the proposal was rejected; because “current administrations have already problems like the Central Bank; it determines the inflation rates but the government is held responsible for itâ€.
