Three people were killed in the protest incidents which broke out in the capital Cairo and Suez and more than 400 others were injured.
The opposition groups are making an appeal to the people to convene at the week end for a massive demonstration they call Friday of Anger .
Egyptians who have been holding rallies in many cities of the country are now assembling for those who lost their lives in the football match.
The police trying to disperse the crowds scrambling to enter the Security Department in Suez fired on them randomly.
In Cairo, pepper gas and real bullets were used to break up the demonstrators.
On Wednesday night, the supporters of El Masri stormed the pitch while the match was ongoing and wrought havoc in the stadium massacring dozens of people.
The Muslim Brotherhood who won the elections said pro-Mobarak elements and the police were against the killings.
Almost all political formations in the country converged on the incidents being pre-meditated and organized.
Now, Egyptians convinced that the police purposely remained silent to what had happened are staging protest rallies almost across the country.trt
