University branch will be placed in one one the buildings of old institutes of Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences.

In accordance with the agreement signed during Russian President Medvedev’s visit to Azerbaijan, preparations for opening of Baku branch of Moscow State University are held.

Minister of Education Misir Mardanov said the preparations will be over by the new academic year. He said special place have been chosen for the University branch. “Reconstruction works are underway at that place at present. That is one of the buildings of old institutes of Azerbaijani National Academy of Sciences.”ans
