Oppositional Musavat Party will not participate in presidential elections on October 15, 2008. The decision was made ine the meeting of party’s Supreme Council on August 2.
Musavat party chairman Isa Gambar said not participating in elections is more suitable for Musavat. But he left the final decision to the Council.
