The alliance calls on all the sides in the region to keep away from any steps which could damage regional stability and security, and urges them to respect the current framework of negotiations, APA Bureau quoted the statement as reading.

The statement said NATO would continue to support territorial integrity, independence and sovereignty of Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia and Moldova.

“We will support any efforts towards the peaceful settlement of these conflicts. The efforts made by the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) are praiseworthy. This may be a successful complement to the Caucasus Stability and Cooperation Platform,” reads the statement.apa
