How does BBC reacts to a complaint made by its readers? They simply ignore it.

Dear Sir, Thanks for your reply. There is no complaint for covering the events but the complaint is for how to report an event. It was clear that the demonstration was a regime governed demonstration to make pressure on Azerbaijan’s government and also independent Azeri journalists because they covered the latest Azeri protests in the northwest of Iran in may 2006. In the similar events, BBC service mentions that the demonstration is a regime governed one but in this case, it was pretended that the demonstration constructed by Azeri students! The following is the precedure of how BBC deals with complaint. One of Azarbaijani writers made a complaint about an event that appeard as a genuine event in BBC Persian, however it was fake, obviously governed by Iranian authority.
Here is the complaint and reply:
Dear Sir,
I am one of the Azerbaijanis of Iran and a listener of BBC Persian service. I want to make a complaint against the unfair use of the picture of Tabriz people protest against Iran regime on 22 May 2006 (which can be found in this link [1] www.bbc.co.uk/…) for a regime governed demonstration against an Azerbaijani journalist who is (in my point of view, unfairly) claimed to insult Muslim profit, Mohammed, (which can be found in this link [8] [2] www.bbc.co.uk/… ). While the BBC Persian service is reporting such these unimportant news of regime governed demonstrations, they even did not mention the real Azerbaijani people protest for getting their Mother Language Rights which caused to arrest 9 people in the town “Rey” near the capital Tehran on November 16, 2006 (The mentioned news can be found in the following link in the well-known Advarnews web site: [3] www.advarnews….).
Thanks in Advance for you attention
Best regards

Thank you for your email.
We would like to mention that we covered the news as it has happened and appeared in the news agencies and the picture is a generic picture.

But it is not true at all. Because the same students make a great protests against regime in a few months ago and this demonstration was governed by the regime to pretend that students are in the regime side! Also the closing of the Tabriz market was an imperative intuition by the government. BBC had better to report the events as they are not as the totaliter governments report! Otherwise you will loose the listeners’ trust.
