Assailants shot and killed four people in a small village in southeast Turkey late on Saturday, Dogan News Agency reported. Nine other people were injured in the attack in the village in the southeastern province of Bingol.
The attack may be the result of a blood feud between villages, Irfan Balkanlioglu, the governor for Bingol, said.
Outlawed PKK separatists carried out the attack, Turkish news agencies earlier reported.
The investigation into the incident is underway, the agencies added.hurriyet
