Foreign Ministers of Azerbaijan and Armenia Elmar Mammadyarov and Edward Nalbandian have met in Moscow today. French Co-Chair of Minsk Group Bernard Fassier told APA that the talks had been held in the residence of Russia’s Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov.
The meeting was held with the participation of OSCE Minsk Group co-chairs Matthew Bryza (US), Bernard Fassier (France), Yuri Merzlyakov (Russia) and Personal representative of OSCE Chairman-in-Office Andrzej Kasprzyk. Deputy Foreign Minister Andrey Denisov represented Russia at the meeting. Bernard Fassier underlined that the meeting had been held in business atmosphere and Madrid proposals had been mainly discussed.apa
