Elmar Mammadyarov, Azerbaijani Foreign Minister today delivered speech in the meeting of OSCE foreign Ministerial Council, APA’s correspondent sent to Madrid reports

Mammadyarov focused on Nagorno Karabakh conflict during his speech. He expressed his regret that Armenia tries to cover pursuing ethnic cleaning policy and occupation of Azerbaijani territory after intensive negotiations carried out on the Presidential and Ministerial level within three years.

“Armenian leadership makes dangerous efforts to add religious favors to conflict and present it as confrontation between Christians and Muslims. Armenia strengthens illegal exploitation of Azerbaijani natural resources. Such operations do not help to the negotiations. This policy will fail, because Azerbaijan will not agree to lose an inch of its territory .Armenia should carry out peaceful negotiations on the interest of both nations. We should focus on direct and equal discussion on involvement of Armenian and Azerbaijani communities of Nagorno Karabakh in self-determination within the Republic of Azerbaijan,” he said.
