This time Armenia-Azerbaijan conflict will be discussed at the level of Turkish, Azerbaijani and Armenian foreign ministers, said Ali Babacan, Turkish FM. Noting the talks will intensify after Azerbaijani presidential elections, Babacan said he will discuss the problem with his Azerbaijani counterpart Elmar Mammadyarov and Armenian counterpart Edward Nalbandian.
In an interview to Turkey’s NTV channel, Ali Babacan said Daqliq Qarabaq conflict is Turkey’s problem as well. He also told the probable venue and date of meeting and sia he advanced the proposal in Yerevan and it was accepted. Babacan noted that Armenia-Turkey relations cannot be settled unilaterally. He added that during Gul’s visit to Azerbaijan the relations between these countries will be discussed as well.ans
