Bridge has gone trough loads of examinations from the very first sketch to the construction stage! It has been watched by professional eyes of many different departments, from ordinary workers to the person who is official person to control the construction!

Cost of those kinds of constructions are paid by the local authorities, in this case, Azerbaijani official had paid for it! It worth reminding that the finance is dedicated to Azerbaijani provinces is one tenth of the finance going to Fars regions, which are smaller than Azerbaijani provinces in size!

That is why people asking for: Equality in any means, and also a proper local governing system for themselves!
