A large lot of arms and ammunitions were found in the house of Islamic Party’s local leader in Ganja City of North Azerbaijan.
According to APA, the Republican Prosecutor’s Office, Ganja City office of the Ministry of National Security and Ganja City police conducted search operation in Yusuf Fakhraddinov’s house on January 14, 2011, APA reports quoting the website of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
AKSU, AK-74 sawn-off gun, two AKM, hand-made UZI, two projectiles, two grenades, two TNT blocks, 1191 bullets of different calibers, six cartridges, sword, three knifes, loud-speaker and three microphones, 38 religious posters, 17 books propagandizing of religious extremism and 20 disks.
Police continues investigative operations to detain Fakhraddinov, who is a leader of local unit of non-registered Islamic Party in Ganja City.
