Ali Hasanov said that Azerbaijan raised this issue several times in the relevant organizations: “Unfortunately, Armenians are still continuing their unconstructive position in South Caucasus and they have no intention to withdraw forces from the occupied areas of Azerbaijan. That’s why our negotiations with them are still ineffective. I think, at this rate, Azerbaijani government will show its strength by other means.â€apa
