20 January and Ashura, a ceremony for 3rd Imam of shiat Muslims held in Sulduz in a very security.
Azerbaijani Students Movement reported of a warm day in Sulduz in a very cold day. Many people had gathered in the grave yard to remember those who kiled in 20 January 1990 in Baku, also for the killing of shiat 3rd Imam, Imam Hussein.
